Happy Monday style lovers! Its suppose to be spring but mother nature is clearly not ready to transition and playing games with my feelings, lol even though I am all ready and set to go! Talking about spring, one of the fashion trends I love this season is Pastel colors which are big and widely worn during the spring season. Pastels are mostly soothing, softer and a lighter version of deep rich tones. Although the word pastels to me is not a trend I think it’s timeless, now the main color of the season is the trend because it changes from year to year!
Now for spring 2018, lilac is the main color, which like I said is the lighter version of purple. Having said that, spring and summertime are when all the bright and vibrant colors come out to play in different styles, shades, textures, and how it is mixed and match depending on your style and even imagination. This is my all-time favorite seasons of the year just because I can play in any and or every vibrant color without it been too much.
For this post, I decided to stay in the purple family by pairing this wide-leg linen pants also in this color to compliment the top and also to showcase the ruffle details on it. I love the high neck and the elastic pleats at the bottom, the comfort and fit sit so, beautifully on my body! Due to the details and style of the top, I decided to go for statement earrings and rings, finishing the look with purple shoes, styled differently in this post.
