This lingerie style dress has been in trend for awhile now and typical of me I do not rush into trends as I prefer trends that fit into my personal style. Another reason I decided to try this dress is how functional I realize it can be for ME. Like I mentioned in this post, a piece of clothing has to serve me in more than 4 ways, for me to even consider spending on it.
Well, I’m happy to share this slip dress falls into that category that can be styled many ways and in turn I’ll get my money’s worth wink lol. I mean seriously who has money to throw away on items that will serve no purpose but take space in the closet, well not me and I can assure you of that as I am more intentional with trying trendy pieces. 6
I can confidently tell you I have more ways of styling this dress, definitely more than 2 -3 ways as done in this post for winter. To be honest, I already have 2 or more ideas for the warmer months so stay tuned as I might decided to showcase this dress again then lol.
For look One, I paired the dress with a turtleneck, boots to match, and a black bag to compliment the black colour on the dress.
Look Two is adding the Cape coat I feel gives this dress another vibe to it, coupled with the black leather gloves.
Look Three, would absolutely be spring worthy with this off the shoulder sweater from this Post, as a top making the dress look more like a skirt, and switching up bag to match the beige/nude boots.
