plaids and shimmer for the holidays

I’m sure you have noticed the times for publishing my post has changed recently from 10ish in the morning to about anytime during the day,  to as late as twelve 12 later. My apologies it has been beyond my power at this time, as this season is one of the busiest times of the year for me with my full-time job.

Clients have been booking weeks in advance to get service done, not to talk of walk-in clients whom I obviously cannot say to, I mean let’s face its the holidays and it sure is around the corner.  Everyone is getting their skin ready for all the parties, either it is work, family,  friends, colleagues, and or clients hosting, and not to talk of the party being held at your house and looking beautiful is a priority.

Talking about looking beautiful for the holiday parties, I decided to put together this look, I’m sharing how to switch up looks. So naturally, as women, we gravitate towards dresses for special occasions and this is kind of cliche. However, I decided to share how to style pants instead of dresses.

I decided to style classic holiday trends, by pairing this high waisted wide leg plaids pants with this sparkly bodysuit top both are from one of my favorites and go to store…Zara. I went for a bodysuit because it gives a well tucked in, without the bulge look that a top would sometimes give and this makes it clean and nice. I restyled this clutch by pairing it with the outfit as it matches the top and paired black sandals to complete the look.
