Just in case you didn’t know, I was born and raised in the South West in Lagos Nigeria, you can read more about me here. One of the things I absolutely LOVE is how rich my culture is, filled with awesome afro beats and amazing dance steps, just in case you re wondering, yes I am great dancer if I do says myself lol.
Today’s post is an introduction to one of the our many fabrics called Ankara also know as African Prints. African print is widely worn in most countries, especially in the Western African part in the continent of Africa, so this is a well known fabric.
Ankara comes in different patterns, colours, and ranges in prices as well (expensive and budget friendly, and the options is endless in making any style of clothing you desire. I have shared different styles like here in kimono style, also worn with a dress here, in this dress, here as off the shoulder top, I even rocked the same shoulder top for winter, and also this outfit.
So today’s outfit, I’ll be showcasing three different ways to style this pant set. As shared in this post, pant or skirt that comes in a set can be worn together or even as separates, meaning you can have all the fun you want by styling either the bottom or the top with other pieces.
Comment on your favourite look, also I share a fun video on all this looks on my Instagram page so please feel free to check it out as well!!
