how to – power suit for summer work style

Still the long weekend here in celebration of Canada day, in honor, been in existence for 151 years, which is obviously a big deal for an entire country as a whole. I went all out styling pieces in the official national color (red and white) check this post and here last year on the blog.
As you may or may not know but most likely have seen around in the fashion world, styling bold and beautiful colors in suit has become so popular especially this past winter, as styled in this post and it is still in trend.

I especially love the peg style of the pants and the added belt makes it so flattering for my body type and would any body type as well. There’s something refreshing about the color and there are so many ways to stand out this summer and that includes trouser suiting which will be a  great addition to my suit collection and will be great for summer work style as well.
Styling this suit, I decided instead of a dress shirt or even casually pairing it with a plain white t-shirt or graphic tee, I decided to go for a tank top keeping the heat in mind.
I also decided to style this pink suit with red details, so the colors compliment each by matching the tank top with red classic pumps which I fondly love the embellishments on it and also with this unique statement earrings helped pulled this look together! I hope you enjoy this post as much as I did working on it.
