How to overcome lack of motivation

Hey you welcome back to my blog and thank you for taking the time to stop by, it is THANKSGIVING here in Canada. To celebrate on the blog today I am sharing a post that is by far the most personal since starting my blog. I decided to share because as I always say if it is just one person that gains something from this post, my mission is accomplished which makes me truly glad.
THE PROBLEM
Few months ago I almost quit my blog because, I started struggling with having time to complete and even create new contents due to my busy life as a wife, mom and career oriented woman. I started feeling overwhelmed with so much going on in my life at the same time, with a lot of ups and down life is known for like throwing you curve balls at times you least expect it. As if that was not enough I started feeling my hard work and efforts towards growing both my blog and social media went without being appreciated. Coupled with the the crazy ever growing social media changes and algorithms always pushing back my post so a lot of it does not get seen as they now offer advertising services.
MY TIPS
I decided before I just go ahead and quit, I needed to be honest with myself and first of all test how I will truly feel if I quit and so I paced myself and took a break, an indefinite break to see things from a different perspective. While on this break, I was still flowing with awesome ideas of how much I wanted to share and what I wanted to share and the new things I’ll love to implement on the blog.
I realized I felt guilty for not sharing and overall creating for the blog but that wasn’t enough for me to start until I started receiving emails and direct messages on my social media from people asking about my absence. Then I decided to reconnect with my “WHY” the reason why I started this blog in the first place to be the sure I only needed possibly a break oppose to quitting the blog entirely.
SOLUTION
In my search I became aware I didn’t feel any sense of happiness nor fulfillment being away from the blog so I decided to rekindle my passion but still paced myself by not being in a hurry so I don’t get the same overwhelming feeling. I started by developing some of the ideas I was constantly having and implemented them hence I shared my wish list and items I am currently loving.
And so I am here sharing again, feeling rejuvenated, full of energy and looking forward to what the future holds for Passion heavenly. Having said that I just wanted to take the opportunity to THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND FOR REACHING OUT! THE SKY IS JUST THE BEGINNING!!!
Hope you enjoy how I styled this dress in two ways! 🙂
