I have always loved smelling good, smelling yummy as I like to say it but didn’t know so much about fragrances. Hence I have never really talked or shared a dedicated post all about fragrances here on my blog since starting 5 years ago.
However, I’ve been in a phase of rediscovering myself for over 2 years now and I have also been doing tons of research to update my fragrance knowledge. So with continuous learning, I say my preferred scent has been intriguing to me to say the least. You can check the video, this one, this and this recent one
Hence, my decision to share not only recent rediscoveries, but my preferred scent and family of fragrances. In my journey of understanding more about fragrances, I found it’s not easy about finding ‘the one’ as it can be even more overwhelming.
But I’ll say picking a new fragrance might be easy if you know what you are looking for and what you like. My suggestion is to consider fragrances that are going to align with your individual style. I suggest sticking to what you know and love, it’s important that you choose a fragrance that you truly feel comfortable wearing but you can also experiment sometimes to discover new ones.
Before choosing your signature scent, give some thought to what you want it to communicate about you, Do you want to stand out from the crowd or are you looking for something more discreet and intimate?
