Happy Friday beauties! By the title you already know today’s post is all about beauty!!! I know its been quiet awhile now since I did one and to all my beauty and makeup lovers and being a makeup lover myself it’s not cool lol and I sincerely apologize.
I am talking about one of the simplest and easiest lipsticks to wear, which is nude lipstick, however when picking your shade you have to be careful as it can be tricky. Your choice of shade depends on your complexion and one of best things about nude lips is that it looks best when the colour is one shade lighter or darker than your complexion rather than an exact match.
Just like red lipstick the struggle of finding the perfect nude lipstick is oh so real however it is a must have in every girl’s make-up collection. Nude lipstick looks the greatest when paired with a smokey eye regardless of what type of smokey it is. Personally I believe nude lipstick should be a staple, as it works for days I just can’t be bothered to wear any color lipstick or I just can’t decide on what color to wear, also for days I want to wear a natural look also called the “no makeup , makeup look”.
I am sharing a mix of budget friendly, drug store and few name brands in matte, and satin finish with you guys and it took me some time to actually find and love them, and for me nude and red lipsticks are my favourite kind of lipsticks to wear as they are classic and can be worn in all seasons from January all through December and goes with every or any kind of outfit. In my collection i mostly have peachy, pinky, and mauve nude, and these are generally the undertones most nudes have again it depends on the skin tone wearing them. Now If your skin tone is similar to mine or even like mine and you are still searching for your perfect nude color then by all means please feel free to use my collection as your guide.
I have grouped this nude shades by their under tone that way you dont get confused from the pictures. This group has the mauve and brownish under tones to them.
