Having said that, mixing your coloured pieces aka colour blocking is a huge trend this season, but if you ask me it never actually left the fashion scene. For today’s look, both the dress and the coat is Zara’s new spring/ summer collection. I decided to pair yellow and orange which I must say I enjoy putting this outfit together and how it turned out. I also went for solid colours so the combination is seamless and the colours compliment each other well.

I also showed another way to style this colour blocking outfit by taking off the coat, yet maintaining the orange in my accessories like my handbag, shoes, rings and earrings. I shared this option just in case you want to try out this look but you want a more subtle look instead, the belt also kind of diffuses as well and this works just great as well.
